Important Notice: Relocation of Medical Records Office

Dear Valued Patients and Community Members,

We want to inform you that our Medical Records office is undergoing an exciting transition to an off-site location. To facilitate this move, the Medical Records Department will be closed on Friday, December 8th and Monday, December 11th.

With this relocation, there are a few changes to our services that we would like to bring to your attention:

1. Changes to Physical Record Requests: Due to our move off campus, we regret to inform you that physical, paper records will no longer be available for same-day requests. However, we have streamlined our processes to make records accessible via email or fax directly to patients.

2. Record Pickup Information: Patients will be able to pick up their physical records in the Main Hospital Lobby after receiving notification of their completion. Our dedicated registration team will be available during normal business hours to assist you with any inquiries.

We understand that changes in processes can be an adjustment, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this transitional period. Our team is committed to providing you with the same high-quality service you have come to expect, and we are confident that this move will enhance our overall efficiency.
